Chief Executive Officer

David Rowe

David founded Easynet back in 1994 and has been at the helm managing successive growth phases ever since. From humble beginnings David steered the business from start up through to a public listing on the UK market AIM in 1996 and the full list in 1998. This was followed by a reverse take over of Marconi’s UK Telecoms business in 2001. In 2006 Easynet was sold to BskyB, a FTSE top 50 company that acquired the business to fuel the company’s triple play aspirations by building out a national UK Local Loop network. David joined the Sky executive team and took ownership of all B2B operations. With Easynet an independent company once again, David is looking forward to leading a new and exciting phase of development and growth for the business.

Brad Palmer
Chief Financial Officer

Brad Palmer

Brad joined Easynet in 2011 as part of the new business identity under private equity ownership. He has previously performed various Operations Management and Finance roles in Unilever and Energis, and played a leading role in the successful sale of the latter to Cable & Wireless in 2005. He also served as Finance Director of HSS Tool Hire after its private equity backed acquisition in 2007

Richard Croft
General Counsel and Company Secretary

Richard Croft

A qualified solicitor, Richard is the Company Secretary and General Counsel for Easynet Global Services. Richard joined the Company following the merger with Ipsaris in 2001 and prior to that worked at GEC PLC.

Justin Fielder
Chief Technology Officer

Justin Fielder

Justin is responsible for strategic direction, product portfolio, professional services and engineering functions at Easynet. Justin initially joined Easynet in 1997 to provide strategy and direction across the company’s service offerings. After the acquisition of Easynet by BSkyB in 2006 Justin became Director of Sky Network Services, responsible for the rollout and operation of the network and Local Loop Unbundling assets that provide the infrastructure for Sky Broadband. Justin then become Director of Research Development and Customer Technology for two years and rejoined Easynet in July 2009 in the new role of Chief Planning and Technology Officer. Prior to his 12 years at Easynet, Justin worked within the embryonic Internet industry for many years. He graduated with an upper class BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Brunel University.

Ivan Gunatilleke
Managing Director UK

Ivan Gunatilleke

Ivan is managing director of Easynet’s UK organisation. His focus is on the evolution of the customer service model, whilst ensuring that the business continues to increase its strong position in networking and solutions innovation. Prior to joining Easynet , Ivan held various senior positions in Energis and Cable&Wireless Worldwide where he was latterly Chief Operating Officer. Ivan began his professional career with PwC. A qualified chartered accountant, he studied Economics and has a BSC from Bristol University.

Diethelm Siebuhr
Managing Director Central Europe

Diethelm Siebuhr

Diethelm Siebuhr was appointed Managing Director Central Europe of Easynet Global Services in July 2007. Previously, he was Managing Director of Easynet Germany, a position he held from 2004. Diethelm studied physics and mathematics at the University of Kiel, Germany and then Business Management at Duke University, USA. He started his professional career with Siemens AG, Germany, and followed by several management positions in the company, took on the responsibility for the international broadband and internet business of Siemens. Diethelm boasts more than 20 years of Telecom and IT-Services experience in the international markets, with a primary focus on Europe and Asia. Before joining Easynet Diethelm was Chief Executive of Nextra, a Telenor company, and Tiscali.

Adrian Thirkill
Chief Customer Operating Officer

Adrian Thirkill

Adrian Thirkill is Chief Customer Operating Officer for Easynet Global Services, having joined in January 2008 to take responsibility for Operations at a Global functional level. Prior to joining Easynet, Adrian spent eight years at COLT Telecom in various Global Operational and Commercial roles. Previous to that Adrian has worked for Cap Gemini and Phoenix IT.

Christophe Verdenne
Managing Director Southern Europe

Christophe Verdenne

Christophe Verdenne was appointed Easynet Global Services' Managing Director for the Southern European Region in January 2010. Christophe is responsible for the strategic management and operations of the Southern European region including France, Spain and Italy. Before joining Easynet Global Services, Christophe spent 12 years at COLT Telecom with Senior Director Positions in France, Southern Europe and at Group level. Previously he gained senior management IT experience in IT: IBM, Software house and Network integration. Christophe graduated from the College of Engineering ESME-Sudria and has a MBA from EM-Lyon.

Julie Partridge
Group Human Resources Director

Julie Partridge

Julie is responsible for an international Human Resources team providing support to the business in all areas of HR management including resourcing, compensation and benefits, employee relations and professional learning and development. Within this role, Julie is responsible for supporting the business, helping it accelerate its performance in the global corporate market. Julie has over 18 years experience in the telecommunications industry, and is a Chartered member of the CIPD.

David Doherty
Chief Information Officer

David Doherty

David is Global Chief Information Officer for Easynet, responsible for all aspects of IS, IT and group information security. David joined Easynet in 2007.

Having graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology in Radio and Telecommunications Engineering, David held a variety of senior management positions across Programme Management/Change Management, Product Development and Operations in the Telecommunications sector at Vanco, NTL Business and Racal Network Services as well as end user organisations such as ICI and Barclays Bank.

David lives with his wife and family in South West London.

Dirk Peeters
Managing Director Northern Europe

Dirk Peeters

Dirk joined Easynet in January 2007 as Managing Director of Easynet Belgium. In February 2008 the Dutch and Belgian operations were combined into a new Benelux organisation with Dirk as Managing Director. In July 2009 in line with the company strategy, Dirk was asked to extend his area to include the Nordics. Previous to this role, he worked as Marketing Director at Telenet Solutions, the business to business division of Telenet. Before joining Telenet, from 1998 to 2005 he fulfilled different management functions at the KPN group. His last function, after the acquisition of KPN Belgium by Scarlet, was Director of Scarlet Business. He started his career in the telecommunication sector with Alcatel in 1993.

Arjen Berendsen
Managing Director USA & Asia Pac

Arjen Berendsen

Arjen is Managing Director for Easynet USA and Asia Pac, responsible for the development of the US and Asia operations. Prior to this Arjen was Managing Director for Easynet Netherlands for 7 years and grew the organisation to nearly 200 people with a top 5 position in managed network services. Arjen was also a non-executive director at Sky Broadband for 2 years. Before Easynet he worked with KPN in several national and international management roles.
