Currently the most advanced computer virtualisation technology available, VMWARE facilitates a more efficient use of computing resources than other providers. VSPP brings to Easynet the benefit of offering “On Demand” virtual hosting products without CAPEX spend for VMWARE licenses.
Easynet has joined forces with VMWARE through the VMWARE Service Provider Program (VSPP) on an Enterprise Level.
VSPP allows Easynet to further develop its competences around virtualisation and to deliver mission critical and complex virtual hosting solutions. With VSPP, Easynet will develop its Cloud Computing Services offer, including moving its product suite from the current locally managed hosting services to a centralised MSVP ‘Platform-As-A-Service' offering.
The MVSP allows Easynet to deliver scalable and flexible managed hosting solutions to its customers on a Global scale, with almost 100% availability, as well as to deliver a framework to support Easynet Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) services.
Initially, delivery on a bespoke basis, as regards support and operation, will be provided, with full global standardisation of the service offer expected in the near term.
