Customer-centric model takes Easynet from strength to strength
with new UK leadership

Easynet Global Services is benefiting from its ‘customer-first’ business model as it attracts new UK leadership to continue its strong performance, the company announces today. Global telecoms expert Ivan Gunatilleke, former COO for Cable & Wireless Worldwide (CWW), takes the role of UK Managing Director, as Easynet continues to deliver innovative new products and sign major sales wins.
Easynet continues to power ahead in the market with significant recent wins based on its client -centric approach and leading edge network and hosting propositions, both in the UK and globally. It prides itself on its ability to fully understand its customers and partners, their strategies and future IT requirements. As a network, hosting and cloud integration business, Easynet continues to deliver failsafe, robust yet innovative solutions such as Virtual Private Server, and to sign significant contracts with organisations such as Transport for Greater Manchester and Campofrio Food Group.
A consultative, customer-first approach drives all areas of the business, and as a result Easynet is delivering a strong performance in a challenging market. Easynet’s strength, commitment to customers and huge potential are three of the factors that attracted Easynet’s UK managing director Ivan Gunatilleke to the organisation.
Ivan, previously of Cable & Wireless Worldwide, joined the business as managing director for the UK organisation in late February 2012. During his time at CWW he held senior leadership roles and brings this valuable experience to Easynet.
Taking on overall accountability for both the SME and Enterprise business units, Ivan will focus on the evolution of the customer service model, whilst ensuring that the business continues to increase its strong position in networking and solutions innovation.
